JAMES C. WALKER
James is a veteran of two Fortune 500 financial groups before entering the entertainment industry. In 2007, James founded Walking West Entertainment and the Walking West Film Financing Syndicate. Through Walking West James produced Brake, starring Stephen Dorff and Tom Berenger, which was released by IFC Films. James most recently financed and produced Why We Ride, alongside Bryan H. Carroll, which has quickly risen to be the #1 motorcycle documentary in the world. In December 2015 he purchased Lightning Entertainment.
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Nancy has been with Lightning for twelve years, and now supervises creative development, along with technical and marketing operations for the company. Prior to Lightning, she worked as Director of Production & Development for Tucker Tooley and Vincent Newman’s company for 6 years. She helped manage their slate, including serving as Co-Producer on Blind Horizon (with Val Kilmer, Sam Shepard / Lionsgate), Poolhall Junkies (with Christopher Walken, Chazz Palminteri /Gold Circle+Goldwyn), as well as Associate Producer for A Man Apart (with Vin Diesel & director F. Gary Gray / New Line) and In the Shadows (with James Caan, Matthew Modine, Cuba Gooding, Jr. / Lionsgate) among others. In her earlier indie film career, she worked as the Event Producer for Film Independent for 5 years, producing their educational events, including the Screenwriters Conference (WGA), Financing Conference and the Producer Series. She also produced their directing series Independent Focus (with IFC & Bravo Networks) and various movie premieres for Sony Classics and Goldwyn Films.
HEAD OF ACQUISITIONS
A veteran in the film industry, Bobby Rock currently heads acquisitions at Lightning Entertainment Group. Previously he was Senior VP of Acquisitions at Eric Doctorow’s Random Media. Prior to that Rock was Head of Acquisitions at Echo Bridge Entertainment for six years (2008-2014). For the previous eight years (1999-2007) Rock was at Francis Coppola’s American Zoetrope as Senior V.P. of Production and Development, Rock has guided Pumpkin, Jeepers Creepers Ii, and Kinsey through to completion, as well shepherding the development of the adaptation of Jack Kerouac's On The Road and several short stories from American Zoetrope's All-Story magazine. Before Zoetrope, Rock worked as a V.P of Acquisitions at Trimark Pictures (Eve's Bayou, Phoenix), Triton Pictures (A Brief History Of Time, Heart Of Darkness), and Atlantic Releasing (Wish You Were Here).

Andrew Brown is a well known figure in the field of international film sales with a career spanning 25 years. Having been responsible for acquiring, packaging, marketing and selling in excess of 150 features, Andrew has built a solid reputation with Producers and strong, long standing commercial relationships with distributors from all over the world. Andrew’s career has spanned a diverse slate including such highlights as Shooting Fish with Kate Beckinsale; Heartbreakers with Sigourney Weaver and Gene Hackman; And When Did You Last See Your Father with Colin Firth and Helen Mirren; Jolene with Jessica Chastain, Stoned with Paddy Considine, David Morrisey and Ben Wishaw; How To Lose Friends & Alienate People with Simon Pegg and Jeff Bridges; Last Orders with Helen Mirren and Michael Caine; Irresistible with Emily Blunt and Susan Sarandon and most recently The Stolen with Alice Eve and Jack Davenport.
Eric was Senior VP for Voltage Pictures at Cannes Film Festival selling the Academy Award, Golden Globe and SAG award winning film, Dallas Buyers Club. Eric was Vice President of Int'l Sales for Here! Films in charge of the library of gay & lesbian feature films & documentaries including: Sixth Happiness, Speedway Junky, Urbania, Sordid Lives, Friends And Family, Showboy, Sex, Politics & Cocktails, April's Shower, Straight-Jacket, Naked Fame, Hellbent. Eric went on to consult for Fisher Stevens' GreeneStreet Films at Cannes 2006, where he sold a slate of films including Russell Crowe in Tenderness, Jason Biggs and Isla Fisher in Wedding Daze, Aaron Eckhart and Jessica Alba in Meet Bill, Sean William Scott and Randy Quaid in Balls Out: Gary The Tennis Coach and Joan Allen, Simon Abkarian and Sam Neill in Yes. While working for Promark Entertainment Group/Road Sales USA, as Vice President of International Sales, Eric handled sales of the film, Ten Minutes Older (directors Spike Lee, Aki Kaurismaki, Chen Kaige, Jim armusch, Werner Herzog, Victor Erice, Wim Wenders) which debuted under Un Certain Regard in Cannes 2002. The following year, he sold the Martin Scorsese produced documentary series, The Blues, which included Wim Wenders' The Soul Of A Man (Cannes 2003 screened out of competition).
CORPORATE FINANCE AND STRATEGY
Barry is a successful entertainment investment manager and creative producer. Barry worked as a development executive and independent producer, where he developed the features Lockport, Ollie The Otter, and Every Second Counts. His other co-producing credits include She Rises (Michael Biehn and Angus McFadyen) and Deadly Retreat (Jonathan Bennet). Alexander has been an integral part of bringing development and equity financing to many high profile projects including Man Down (Shia LeBeouf, Kate Mara, Gary Oldman), Reagan, and multiple projects with Stone Village Productions. Most recently, he assisted with orchestrating the funding and purchase of Lightning Entertainment.
DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION
Forest Robin is a filmmaker and post-production/digital distribution executive with 15years of experience. Forest built his career around pioneering new digital workflows and methods for all aspects of production and distribution. Forest has produced films for Lion’s Gate and Gravitas Ventures and directed programming for SpikeTV and ABC. Forest has served as a consultant, workflow specialist and post-producer for Universal Pictures, Warner Bros Television, AMediaVision, Deluxe, Fotokem, Digital Media Services, 2G Digital and Fox International Television. He now focuses his abilities on the future of entertainment delivery and revolutionary social engineering methods and practices for both domestic and international digital initiatives
